Summer fun: part two

With everyone being home for summer it is so important for us McClouds to stay busy. If we just stay home for to long it is just a recipe for disaster. They do say "idle hands are the devils playground". ( who is "they" by the way?!?!) this is so true for small children. I know when we stay cooped up feelings get hurt more often and hurting hands come out to play. With that being said it is also important for mommas to get their own time too. Being home 24/7 is hard and a happy momma makes for a happy family! My friends birthday was a perfect night to get out! She had a fun girls night out at W.I.N.O. (Wine Institute of New Orleans) clever right? Ya'll this place is a wine buffet. You get a little card and you pick which wine you want to taste and you pay by ounce or by glass. I mean how cool is that?! Can't you tell how happy I was!

This Father's Day one of  our favorite restaurant's (Zea) had a Father's Day rib eating contest. All you had to do was write up a quick little essay why your dad would be great and they would pick five lucky dads to get a shot at winning a new grill. Guess what they picked the essay that I wrote for Chase!

Chase McClouds cheering section!

17 ribs in ten minutes. Not first place but he still had a blast! And free ribs!

Summer fun with maw maw Sarah and cousins.

While we where at my grandmother's house we found this picture of my uncle Paul and omg it looks just like Axel!
