When I first found out she was bringing another gorgeous baby into this world I new we would have to throw her some sort of little celebration! If you didn't already know it, this girl loves to party! With the baby being girl number two they had all the typical girl stuff you would need so we wanted to throw them a shindig that would help stock up some diapers and wipes and just let the parents enjoy being surrounded by friends!
The theme was a casual backyard bbq . The week of the party it rained like nobody's business! So my idea of out side picnic style was changed to a indoor rustic ( I use this theme only because I had burlap 😂😂) bbq lunch. The menu was pulled pork sliders, potato salad, pork and beans, and salad. We also had some awesome festive dips and a fruit and veggie tray. (Shout out to our amazing friends who all chipped in and brought something!) Dessert was some amazing cupcakes ( sams club are truly the best yall!) and I made a s'mores pie that was heavenly. My party go to drinks include Sweet Tea, lemonade, water, and Capri sun for the littles. Baby daddy Wills favorite beer is Abita Amber so we had that with some seasonal Abita strawberry thrown in. I also picked up a case of corona because with the weather we had I needed to feel like I was on a sunny beach somewhere!
Here are a few snap shots. I didn't even get a picture of the parents to be and sister to be! I guess that can be summed up with having good food and even better company!
