well hello again

So it has been about ten months since I last updated(gasp). I knew when I decided to start this blog I was taking on a BIG task. I am more of a talker than a writer so I knew that I would fall off the wagon at some point. Who knew it would take me a whole ten months to jump back on!

As I write this hurricane Isaac is inching closer and closer to NOLA. Chase, Sebastian and I have traveled to Destrehan to stay put with the in-laws. We have tons of food, water, and emergency items just in case power goes out so I feel confidant that we will be OK!

Anyway. . .  before this Hurricane made his presence known we went on a family trip to Destin, Florida with my parents(Meme and Paw Paw Snappy). We stayed in a two bedroom condo right on the beach. It rained the first two days and by the third day the ac broke :(. We tried to keep a positive outlook on it but by the third night of no AC our patience was wearing a little thin. But its hard to be too upset when Bash is having the time of his life at the pool and on the beach!

 So after a long day at the beach and swimming in the pool we went in for lunch. I gave Bash a small bag of chips to hold him over till the sandwiches where ready. This is when he started to fall asleep! I had to grab my camera.

 So against momma bear screaming NO daddy bear ignored my pleas and took the bash man on the HUGE wooden race track! He was so excited and the look on his face put my shaky nerves at ease.

 So after Bashman went on the track with Daddy, Paw paw Snappy just had to go too!
